The machine comes without a filling arrangement as normal. A conical SS hopper with servo-driven augur, a low-speed stirrer, and an SS slat 3 chain conveyor make up the system.

Automatic Powder Filling Machine – How does it work?
The Automatic powder-filling machine’s initial operation is based on the positive displacement concept, which permits the screw to function under a permanent head. The product is dispatched by the machine’s Auger, which travels via a funnel in the powder filling machine’s pouch/container.
Infeed SS, the container is moving on. With the help of a settable twin pneumatic stopper, a slat conveyor is positioned beneath the funnel. When a container is detected under the funnel, the servo-driven augur turns. Filling speed and volume can be modified using the augur RPM and time. A continuous low-speed stirrer ensures that powder is fed uniformly into the auger screw. The filled container is then moved on to the next step in the process.
