How does the Tube Filling Machine work?
The Tube Filling Machine will be used to fill and seal semi-solid product tubes such as laminate tubes, aluminium tubes, and plastic tubes. The tubes are fed into the tube feeder by hand. A tube will be turned upside down and transported via a single transfer chute.
The tube is pushed to the dosing station by a spinning wheel. The semi-solid product prepared in the semi-solid manufacturing suite must be moved to the filling machine through a mobile vessel or vat. According to the filling machine packaged skid design, semi-solid items must be delivered to the nozzle of the filling machine by vacuum or sanitary pump. The tube is filled with a volume-adjustable product. The filled tube is then moved to the seal station, which uses a heat sealer or a laminate crimper to secure the tube’s bottom. The transport system transports the sealed tube out of the machine downstream.
