Semi Automatic Lubricant Oil Filling Machine Servo Based

This is a Semi-Automatic Servo Controlled Gear-Pump based filling machine. The machine is very robust in design and is precisely built on a sturdily welded Mild-Steel frame, completely enclosed in stainless-steel covering. Doors are provided for facilitating the servicing of the machine. The machine functions on the volumetric filling principle and will have 2 nozzles for filling. The machine will have an accuracy of +/- 0.1-0.2%. The machine is primarily used for liquid filling and comes in a compact design, thereby occupying minimum floor-space, while delivering maximum performance value.
It is a highly versatile machine and comes with an Elegantly Matt Finished Stainless-Steel body. The machine is equipped with a PLC-based Control Panel. The volume setting will be digitally controlled from the Touch screen HMI. The product intake can be facilitated by a transfer pump or Gravity.
